By accessing or using Ribbly, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.
Description of Service
Ribbly is a Customer Intelligence and Growth Platform designed to manage customer history, bookings, orders, and WhatsApp communications for B2C service businesses.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or disclosure of your account information.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Ribbly and its related services are owned by WAGB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may use Ribbly only in accordance with these terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WAGB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of Ribbly, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
Legal Terms
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including trademarks, trade names, logos, and software, in and to the Ribbly platform and its associated services are owned by WAGB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to these assets by using the service.
Liability
WAGB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Ribbly platform. The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
Termination
WAGB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your access to the Ribbly platform at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the service and delete all copies of the software.
